What cPanel is, how backups work, and what we monitor for you.
What is cPanel?
cPanel is the control panel behind your hosting: it’s where domains, email accounts, files, and backups for your site are managed. You won’t need to log into it yourself; we handle it as part of your plan.
Backups
Your site is backed up regularly at the hosting level. If something ever needs to be restored after a bad update or an error, we can roll it back to a recent backup.
Uptime and security
We monitor that your site stays online, keep WordPress and its plugins patched, and watch for suspicious activity. Enhanced and Enterprise plans get more active monitoring and faster response if anything comes up.
Your domain
If you registered your domain elsewhere (like Namecheap), you keep ownership of it; we just point it at your hosting. If you’d rather we manage the domain too, let us know and we can take that off your plate.
