We use the information we collect to provide and maintain client websites, respond to inquiries, process subscriptions and billing, monitor site security and performance, and communicate with you about your account or service updates. We do not sell your personal information.

We use essential cookies to operate the site and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use it. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser at any time; doing so may limit some site functionality.
Data Processing and Billing
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full card details. Stripe’s handling of payment information is governed by its own privacy policy.
Data Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (such as our payment processor and hosting provider), and only to the extent necessary for them to perform their services. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain account and billing information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and business requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including the Adaptive Security Layer built into the Interceptyr Platform, to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

These terms govern your use of interceptyr.com and the Interceptyr Platform, including any website we build and manage for you as a client. By subscribing to a plan or using our website, you agree to these terms.
The Service
Interceptyr designs, hosts, and manages business websites, providing ongoing security hardening, automated updates, and monitoring as described on our Pricing page for the plan you select.
Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Applicable one-time setup fees are charged at signup. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal or by contacting us; access and services continue through the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
One-time setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Monthly subscription fees are not prorated or refunded for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Interceptyr Platform for unlawful purposes or in a way that compromises the security, integrity, or availability of our systems or those of other clients.
Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content, trademarks, and materials you provide to us for your website. We retain ownership of the Interceptyr Platform, its underlying code, and our proprietary tooling. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your site content.
Service Availability
We work to keep client sites fast and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and factors outside our control may affect availability.
Limitation of Liability
Interceptyr provides its platform and services on an as-available basis and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, acceptable-use violations, or as otherwise permitted by these terms. You may terminate your subscription at any time as described above.
