What we need from you before we build

The essentials

• Business name, address, and phone number exactly as you want them to appear.
• Hours of operation.
• A short description of what you do — a few sentences is plenty, we’ll shape it into site copy.
• Photos — of your work, your space, or your team. Phone photos are fine.
• Any existing logo or branding, even if it’s just a business card or an old menu with your colors on it.

If you have a domain already

Let us know the domain name and where it’s registered, so we can start the connection process early instead of waiting until the site’s ready.

If you don’t have any of the above yet

That’s fine — send what you have and we’ll ask for the rest as we go. It’s not an all-or-nothing checklist, just what speeds things up if you have it ready.

What happens with what you send

Everything you send goes straight into building your site — nothing sits around waiting on a separate approval step. The sooner we have it, the sooner there’s a preview link for you to look at.
