What happens after you sign up
The timeline from signup to a live site, and what we need from you along the way.
- We confirm your plan and collect the basicsAfter you choose a plan and complete payment, we’ll email you a short form: business name, hours, services, photos, and any existing branding. This is the only paperwork step.
- We build your site on WordPressYour site is built and hosted on WordPress through our cPanel hosting. You don’t need to install anything or know how any of it works. We’ll share a private preview link once there’s something to look at.
- You review, we adjustReply to the preview email with anything you want changed: wording, photos, layout. We’ll typically turn changes around within the timeframe listed on your plan.
- We connect your domain and go liveOnce you approve the site, we point your domain at our hosting and it goes live. If you don’t have a domain yet, we’ll help you register one first.
- We keep it runningFrom here, just email your update requests to us and we’ll get them into WordPress on your behalf. Hosting, backups, and security are handled in the background.
