Uploading a photo

In wp-admin, go to Media, then Add New. Drag your photo in or click to browse for it. Once it’s uploaded, it’s available to use anywhere on the site.

Replacing a photo on a page

Go to the page, click directly on the existing photo, and look for a replace or edit-image option. Choose your new upload from the Media Library.

Photo sizing tips

• Use landscape (wider than tall) photos for hero banners and section headers. Tall or square photos usually get cropped awkwardly in those spots.
• Bigger isn’t always better. A phone photo straight off the camera can be 10+ MB — that slows your site down. If you’re not sure, just upload it and we’ll optimize it on our end during your next update pass.
• Good lighting beats a nice camera. Natural light, uncluttered background, in-focus — that’s 90% of what makes a business photo look professional.

If you’d rather not do it yourself

Attach the photo to an email and tell us which page it goes on and what it replaces. We’ll handle it as part of your regular update allowance.
