How to send a request

Email us with what you’d like changed. Be as specific as you can: exact wording, which page, and attach any new photos or files directly to the email.

What’s included in your plan

• Basic — 1 to 2 update requests a month
• Enhanced — weekly updates with priority turnaround
• Enterprise — unlimited requests

Typical turnaround

Most requests are handled within 24 to 48 hours. Larger requests, like a new page or a redesign of a section, take longer and we’ll always tell you a timeframe before starting.
